Website terms

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern use of the public adelvy website operated by 29links GmbH, Sophienstrasse 21, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany.

Customer access to the adelvy SaaS service is governed by the applicable order, subscription, or other customer agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the customer agreement controls for the service.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful business information, product evaluation, and communication with adelvy. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent your identity, or use the content to violate another person's rights.

Access and demo requests

Submitting an access or demo request does not create an account, reserve an appointment, or require 29links GmbH to enter into a contract. We may contact you to understand product fit, arrange a demonstration, or discuss available access. Commercial terms shown on the website remain subject to the applicable offer or agreement.

Product and editorial information

Website content explains supply chain concepts and the intended adelvy workflow. It is general information, not legal, tax, financial, engineering, quality, compliance, or other professional advice. Examples and scenarios may use representative data.

Supply chain signals and third-party sources can be incomplete, delayed, ambiguous, or incorrect. Users remain responsible for checking critical information against original sources, internal records, supplier responses, and qualified professional advice before making a decision.

Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless a separate license says otherwise, you may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, resell, or create derivative products from substantial parts of the website or software without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every public statement will remain current at all times. We may change, suspend, or remove website content and functionality.

Liability is governed by applicable German law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory product liability. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for the foreseeable damage typical for that kind of agreement, where such a limitation is permitted.

External links

The website may link to third-party resources. Those resources are controlled by their operators, and their own terms and privacy notices apply. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement or service on the linked site.

Governing law and contact

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, where this choice is permitted. For merchants and other parties for whom a jurisdiction agreement is valid, Stuttgart is the agreed place of jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@adelvy.com. We may update the terms when the website, product, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
